Franchise ownership experience is ideal, but not at all required. We are looking for owners with at least some business experience. We feel the best candidates are those who have a combination of artistic and business talents and/or experience.

Does Honest Art have multi-unit franchise opportunities?

Yes, but we recommend owners open one franchise and run it successfully for one year, before investing in additional locations.

What is the term of the franchise agreement?

The term is 10 years.

What is the estimated initial investment for franchise ownership?

The estimated initial investment for an Honest Art franchise ranges from $133,300 – $267,350,* depending on various factors such as building size, configuration, and location (not including real estate).

What is the initial franchise fee?

The initial franchise fee is $24,500 for each Honest Art Franchise location. This is a heavily discounted rate – industry average is 45k – as we are heavily focused on developing a foundation of successful franchises to develop a large global brand.

What are the royalty and advertising fees required for Honest Art franchise owners?

The royalty fee is 8% of weekly gross revenue; the advertising fee is $2,000 per month in the first year (full schedule available in FDD).
